Mission

To create a happier, healthier work environment.

For employees to feel more calm and empowered—loving their career again, asking for more responsibilities, establishing a healthy work/life balance.

Through the breathing practice we can help people feel less overwhelmed and stressed at work—which, of course, flows into every other area of your life.

Our Actions

These 30-minute breath workshops are programmed to be short, simple and approachable.

There are personalized workshops as well based on your needs, such as, developing nerve strength or strengthening heart muscle or flexing your spine.

With just 30 minutes every week your employees will be taking active steps to feeling happier, healthier, and more productive. These workshops will show simple, interactive and approachable techniques to alleviate stress, promote a sense of calm,  and increase productivity, and higher mental concentration, better self esteem, more energy, and more patience too.

One session per week up to 12-15 participants for 8 weeks.
